Kai – Do you have any experience or comments regarding the comparison of customer service between Nikon and Canon? I’ve read quite a few reviews on Nikon where the user had quality problems and Nikon has done little or nothing about it. It seems Nikon likes to blame the user for the problem.
Unfortunately in these instances you only get one side of the story but I haven’t seen the same trend with Canon. If fact, I’ve seen a few reviews complimenting Canon for their customer service.
